ISLAMABAD - PAKISTAN: In a significant move to foster dialogue and collaboration within the engineering and construction sectors, Mian Sheraz Javaid, Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) Pakistan Branch, co-hosted an enlightening seminar with Mr. Harron Najeeb, the esteemed Chairman of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
