The FIDIC-based standards mark a substantial development, positioning Pakistan on par with global construction practices. As a civil engineer turned barrister, it is truly warming to see such reforms that ensure uniformity and modernity across projects.

I commend the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the The World Bank for driving these critical changes that promise a robust future for Pakistan's construction industry.
